At Dots and Doodles, each product is thoughtfully designed and carefully produced at our New Delhi studio. Many of our products are personalised and made to order, and we take great care to ensure they meet our quality standards. Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days from order confirmation and approval.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Personalised and made-to-order products may require 10–15 business days for production.

Delivery Time
Delivery within India typically takes 4–6 business days after dispatch.
International delivery timelines vary depending on the destination.
Delays
If there is any delay in dispatch from our studio, we will notify you.
Once shipped, delivery timelines are managed by our logistics partners. Any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or unforeseen logistics issues are beyond our control.
If your order is not shipped from our studio within 17 business days, you will be eligible for a full refund of the product value.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Taxes & Duties
All prices within India are inclusive of GST.
To receive a GST invoice, please enter your GST number at checkout.
International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
No Return and No Exchange Policy
All products are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.
This applies to both personalised and non-personalised products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Exception)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at dotsanddoodlesdesign@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Orders – Final Sale
All international orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on international shipments once an order has been placed.
This policy applies to all products, including (but not limited to) personalized, customized, and limited-edition items.
Shipping Timelines & Dispatch
International shipping timelines vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier operations.
Delivery timelines for international orders will be longer than domestic (India) shipping timelines.
Estimated delivery dates are indicative only and not guaranteed.
International orders are not shipped or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Dots and Doodles is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges may be applicable based on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.
Dots and Doodles has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customs Inspection & Liability
International shipments may be opened or inspected by customs authorities as part of standard procedures.
Dots and Doodles cannot be held liable for any damage, delays, or loss resulting from customs inspections or handling.
Force Majeure
Dots and Doodles shall not be held responsible for any delay, failure, or inability to fulfill an order due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Acts of government or customs authorities
War, strikes, pandemics, or transport disruptions
International courier or logistics breakdowns
Such events shall not entitle the customer to refunds, returns, or compensation.
